The birdnest is the nest of swallow bird which is made from the swallow's saliva, features etc that are mixed and coagulated together. Among more than a dozen of the birdnests, only rain swallow's birdnests and other 17 protein. Researches have discovered that the saliva acid contains invaluable nutriments.

**Suggested Serving
Hot Drink
1. Place the retort pouch in warm water to allow it to go back to normal room temperature.
2. After that, pour the birdnest drink into a porcelain bowl and cover it with a porcelain cover. Then place the pocelain bowl in a saucepan that contain about 150cc of water. Warm up the water on the saucepan for a while so that the birdnest is slightly warmer also.

Directly place the retort pouch in warm water. Take the pouch out of the warm water after 4 minutes. tear the foil and pour the birdnest drink into bowl.

 
Cold Drink
Place the retort pouch into warm water so that the birdnest drink will go back to room temperature. Then boil the birdnest drink. After that, let the birdnest drink cool down, then place a few pieces of ice into the birdnest drink or keep in the refrigerator. You can savour it after that.
